Order tracking
Order tracking lets you follow your package once it ships so you know where it is and when it should arrive. Because many Everything Volleyball items are print on demand, tracking usually does not appear immediately after you place an order. First the item goes through processing, then it ships, then tracking begins updating through the carrier.
On Everything Volleyball, “order tracking” is an entity because it connects directly to shipping policy, processing time, and what to do if something looks wrong in transit.
When you will receive tracking
Tracking information is typically sent once your order has shipped. If you placed an order and do not see tracking yet, it usually means the item is still in production.
Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time, so tracking generally starts after processing is complete.
How to read tracking updates
Tracking updates occur when the carrier scans your package. That means tracking may not move constantly every day.
It is common to see:
A label created update, which means a shipping label was generated.
A first scan update, which means the carrier has the package.
Transit scans as the package moves through sorting facilities.
An out for delivery update on the delivery day.
Sometimes scans are missed, especially early in transit, so a short period without movement does not always mean there is a problem.
What to do if tracking is not updating
If tracking has not updated for a few business days, check these first:
Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct.
Give it a little time if it is still early in transit, especially around weekends.
If there is still no movement after several business days, reach out with your order number and we will help you figure out the next step.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package:
Check your mailbox, porch, side door, and any alternate drop spots.
Ask neighbors or building staff if applicable.
Confirm the shipping address on the order.
If it still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and we will guide you based on the carrier status.
Why tournament timing matters
If you are ordering for a tournament weekend or a gift deadline, order early enough to allow for processing and shipping time. Tracking helps once shipped, but it cannot speed up production or carrier delays.
