Shipping policy
Shipping policy explains how delivery works for Everything Volleyball orders, including where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something looks off. For customers, this page matters because most volleyball purchases are time sensitive. People are ordering for tryouts, tournaments, gifts, and weekends that show up fast.
On Everything Volleyball, “shipping policy” is an entity because it connects directly to processing time, order tracking, and defective item replacement. Clear shipping expectations reduce questions and prevent frustration.
Where we ship
Everything Volleyball ships to the locations listed at checkout for each product. Some items may be limited to specific regions depending on the product type and production partner. If a location is not available, it will show during checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the item type, quantity, and delivery destination. If a product page lists a specific shipping cost, that product level detail takes priority.
Processing time vs shipping time
This is the most important part to understand.
Processing time is the time it takes to create your item before it ships. Many Everything Volleyball items are print on demand, meaning they are made after you order. That production step happens before the package is in the mail.
Shipping time is the time the carrier takes once the order has shipped.
Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.
If you are ordering for a tournament weekend or a gift, the safest move is ordering earlier than you think you need to.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for that shipping method. Tracking usually updates as the carrier scans the package through their network.
If tracking is not updating for a short period, it does not always mean something is wrong. Carriers sometimes miss scans, especially early in transit. If there is no movement for several business days, that is when it makes sense to investigate.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, it can cause delivery delays or return to sender situations.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Delays and carrier issues
Shipping carriers can experience delays due to weather, high volume periods, and other disruptions. While we do our best to get orders out quickly, carrier transit time is outside our control once a package is shipped.
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check around your delivery area first and confirm the shipping address. If it still cannot be located, reach out and we will help you figure out the best next step.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, take a quick photo of the packaging and the item. That makes it easier to evaluate and resolve the issue.
